Develop relationships with traditional & non traditional media companies to ensure marketing buys are successful for each event. Coordinate with event promoters to budget, plan & execute marketing strategies promoting event awareness & generate ticket sales. Serve as a marketing resource for all event promoters providing sound guidance for all TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital & creative marketing. Schedule traditional & non traditional marketing for each event, monitor each advertising initiative to confirm proper placement & success, and collect invoices, spot logs, tear sheets & any additional confirmation needed for promoter settlement. Create & sustain relationships with local organizations & businesses to effectively spread the word about upcoming events & shows at venues through their available assets. Schedule & manage venue social media outlets. Create innovative & fun social media posts & promotions to generate awareness of upcoming events & grow our social presence. Manage all paid digital ad plans & results. Re-built all 3 venue websites & manage to ensure they are ADA compliant, visually appealing & informative. Create and edit graphic design work for various tours & venue needs. Create signage & advertising materials.
