Coordinated with 9+ banks and 2 agencies to create bridge funding and alleviating dismal financial condition to keep providing power to the country, mitigating risks for the bank and potential collapse of South African economy- Provided oversight and leadership to Hong Kong branch’s capital market team, helping to efficiently manage its clients and close a deal in a 12-hour period- Led initiatives to support continuous operation of medium- and large-scale businesses despite economic downturn and complexities in the legislations during the pandemic- Delivered expansive growth to J.P. Morgan’s South African branch and teams, receiving recognition for consistent efforts and becoming a trusted full-fledged legal advisor to the business within the region- Served as Inaugural Co-Chair of the Legal Diversity Committee for EMEA.
