ABOUT ALISON COOLING

I owned a business with my husband for 10+ years where I feel my strengths varied from bookkeeping to team management and supervision. I pride myself on having 18 great years of experience with Sage, although I have limited knowledge on other accounting packages also. I’m proud to be a people-person, which I find can be rare in the accountancy world and believe that I’m a patient, positive, ‘can-do’ woman. I’m now an Office Manager at The Sharp Agency as of last 6 months, where I feel like I became part of one big family. I supervise the office and the tasks of both the team and the partners, whilst ensuring that our team satisfactory levels remain high. I am trained in First-Aid and feel I can be easily approached by the whole team with issues which may arise.
