By providing interactive mobile and web-based solutions, we enable engineers to operate more efficiently, diagnose and repair equipment faster, and ultimately deliver better customer service.Our platform supports almost all OEM equipment and is trusted across industries including HVAC, commercial laundry, catering, automotive, and materials handling.As part of Infomill’s management team, I drive sales and marketing strategy for our leading brands, PartsArena and AnswersAnywhere. My role spans strategic planning, business development, and account management, working with a diverse client portfolio that includes field service companies, insurance providers, and parts stockists.Alongside this, I also act as Product Manager for AnswersAnywhere, guiding the ongoing development and improvements of our solution specifically designed to help field service organisations keep equipment with critical uptime running. This dual role ensures that customer needs are at the heart of both our go-to-market strategy and product innovation.I also lead Infomill’s marketing initiatives, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, with responsibility for both strategic direction and hands-on implementation. With a focus on visibility, growth, and customer value, I ensure that our solutions deliver measurable impact to the organisations we serve.
