Alison has over 15 years of major event experience having worked with a range of national and international sporting federations, with experience in Olympic and Paralympic Sports, including the role of Venue Operations in Sailing, Weymouth, during the London 2012 Olympic Games.A highly skilled and hugely efficient operator, Alison has overseen venue and event operations at multiple events from mass participation, such as the annual Kent School Games children) to Olympic Qualification events including the Road To Tokyo Olympic Boxing Qualification event in 2020.Increasingly, her knowledge of event operations and the interaction with event logistics, from transport, accommodation to managing the H&S requirements of multiple contractors and suppliers in any event, the governance and risk mitigation issues involved, have made her a vital component of the company’s events delivery programme.Over the past decade, she has built a knowledge and understanding of the international administration, registration and accreditation processes surrounding major international events, and managed this function for the BISFed 2018 World Boccia Championships and most recently the World Transplant Games comprising 57 nations, 1500 athletes and 13 sports. Her successful oversight of the international administration has led to MLS’ appointment to manage all future international events administration for the World Transplant Games Federation and to the Australian Transplant Games Federation in addition to the annual British Transplant Games.
