Lead for the GF360 Foster Care and Adoption Assistance Program at Amerigroup. Responsible for program development, staff development, project management and ensuring appropriate use of all benefits. Lead for the Developmental Disabilities program, Taking Care of Baby and Me (TCOBAM), Respite, and the Family Planning program. Develops and maintains positive relationship with government agencies, faith based organizations and community stakeholders. Participates in marketing activities for the Adoptions Assistance and Foster Care programs to include attending events, exhibits, education, and presentations/lecturing at national conferences, workshops and industry events. Coordinates oversight of audits from the state and ensures that regulatory updates are communicated timely where appropriate and with all applicable staff. Participates in health plan operational and implementation activities that ensure the health plan meets regulatory and contract standards to include HEDIS measures.
