With over seven years of experience in the banking software industry, I am a Senior Consultant at Continuous, a company that provides document automation solutions for financial institutions. I have a passion for delivering innovative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline the workflows. I have earned multiple certifications in nCino, the leading cloud-based banking platform, and I have a strong background in instructional technology and training. I am motivated by the mission of Encapture to empower banks and credit unions with the tools and insights they need to succeed in the digital age. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different roles and sectors, including medical radiology and business economics.In my current role, I am responsible for leading the implementations of our document automation solutions. I work to evaluate the needs, processes, and policies of our client base, configure the Encapture system in the most efficient way possible to meet those needs, and ultimately implement the system within the institution. I oversee all aspects of the software implementation project that typically lasts 12 weeks, and I manage daily project load amongst three to six concurrent clients. I also leverage my skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, and commercial lending to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our deliverables. I have successfully completed several projects with regional banks and credit unions, helping them to improve their document management and compliance.
