About Alison Aromando

Passionate PR professional with more than 28 years in healthcare public relations, with an emphasis on relationships. Our work can only be successful if we have strong and trusted relationships with our clients and colleagues and we work together, as a team, to bring out the best in each other. In my role as Head of Client Service, I have developed a unique approach to client service across CCA to ensure every client receives the same level of respect, innovative thinking, strategic planning and precision execution to deliver exceptional results. Over the past two decades, I’ve partnered with numerous healthcare clients across all stages of the brand lifecycle; supporting important FDA milestones to creating innovative disease awareness programs, patient-focused activations and more. I’m so proud that many of these programs have received the industry’s highest honors, including PR Week\'s Healthcare Campaign of the Year, but more importantly, that our work moves the needle and makes a difference in the lives of patients. Healthcare is deeply personal and each of our clients is working to find solutions that make an impact. As a mom, daughter, wife, and friend, I know many of the real challenges patients and caregivers face when navigating a treatment plan or the broader healthcare system. My personal ambition is to be part of the solution and through communications help solve some of our industry’s most pressing challenges. And as an agency, my colleagues at CCA feel this way, too. At CCA, we focus on the BIG little things – the impactful yet often overlooked details – that leave a lasting impression. Those subtle and purposeful details and the ones that make the most impact, are at the heart of how we show up in all of our interactions.
