I am a third-year student at Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business pursuing a degree in Marketing. I am passionate about finding innovative ways to communicate, solving challenges in business, understanding consumer decisions, and creating an impact on those around me.During my Merchandising Internship with Meijer, I gained hands-on experience in competitive analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. I worked with a team of interns to develop grocery conversion strategies that were presented to over 100 corporate stakeholders, driving increased foot traffic in key categories such as drugstore, pet, and consumables. By benchmarking brand performance against national and regional competitors, I supported data-driven decisions that elevated brand visibility. This experience not only sharpened my analytical and communication skills, but it also deepened my understanding of consumer behavior and the importance of innovation in retail strategy.As Vice President of Operations of Alpha Delta Pi, I\'ve developed strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. In this role, I manage chapter operations by documenting meeting minutes, organizing records, maintaining a shared calendar, and coordinating weekly officer reports to ensure clear communication between internal members and external contacts. I have learned the importance of attention to detail, time management, and adaptability. Whether coordinating complex schedules of facilitating communication across officer teams, I\'ve learned how to lead with intentionality. Obtaining these skills have guided me toward success in my collegiate years and can even be used in the workforce. Looking forward, I am eager to continue my academic journey and creating meaningful connections during my time at Indiana University. I see myself furthering my educational journey in immersive learning environments and through real-world experiences. I am motivated to achieve success and continue my development into the corporate environment after graduation.
