AS Dhilon currently serve as a Fusion Product Manager for Government Programs, leading product strategy, planning, and execution across complex, regulated healthcare and public-sector environments. My focus is on translating government program strategy into high-reliability digital products that deliver measurable value for members, providers, and enterprise stakeholders.In this role, I own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from defining product vision and roadmaps to prioritizing requirements, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery and deployment. I work closely with Product Owners, engineering, UX, operations, finance, and leadership teams to balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes. My work emphasizes data-driven decision-making, operational resilience, and continuous optimization through both latent and predictive analytics.I bring over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, health insurance, fintech, telecom, ERP, and nonprofit systems, with deep exposure to government-funded and compliance-driven programs, including Medicare and Medicaid environments. I have led product initiatives that integrate policy, technology, and operations—ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations while remaining scalable and sustainable. My career foundation began in finance and auditing, followed by enterprise accounting software consulting across industries such as cement manufacturing, education departments, real estate, and urban development. This background gave me a strong grounding in governance, compliance, and enterprise operations—skills that continue to inform my product leadership today.Previously, I served as Project Head for a UN-affiliated nonprofit, delivering technology solutions supporting child protection, education access, and school construction initiatives.
