ABOUT ALI SIDDIQUI

I am currently working as a Contact Engineer-in-Training at Suncor Energy, supporting operations at the Edmonton Refinery with daily production tasks. Previously, I served as a Project Engineer-in-Training, where I assisted with both long-term and short-term project initiatives. In addition to that, I have had the privilege of gaining valuable experience through various student engineering positions during my co-op program at the University Of Alberta. These include roles as a Project Engineering Student within the Major Projects Group at Syncrude, a Field Engineering Student at PCL Construction Inc, and a Process Safety Management Engineering Student at Suncor Energy Inc. These experiences have allowed me to enhance my technical engineering expertise and further develop my leadership capabilities. In essence, these diverse roles have fostered continuous learning and provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with professional engineers, enriching both my technical and teamwork skills. I have acquired knowledge, experience, and skills that have enabled me to become well-rounded, be ready to take on new challenges, and adapt to various work environments.
