ABOUT ALISHA BECKROW
My love of all things communication really blossomed at Western Michigan University. I now have more than 20 years experience in marketing and higher education. I\'ve been fortunate to be able to work on a diverse range of marketing projects in manufacturing, chemical, paper, construction, medical, and restaurant industries, as well as arts, education, and nonprofit projects. I\'ve taught all levels of marketing, advertising, and communication courses for Northwood University, Saginaw Valley State University, and Colorado State University-Global Campus. I earned my PhD in communication with a focus on media, society, and culture and cognate in marketing at Wayne State University\'s College of Fine, Performing, and Communication Arts.
