I studied Psychology at Johns Hopkins University, where I developed a fascination with how people think, make decisions, and interact with complex systems. This curiosity led me into UX design, where I\'ve spent the last few years at Wolters Kluwer designing AI-enabled tools for finance and corporate compliance—the kind of high-stakes environments where user experience can make or break critical business decisions.I specialize in designing experiences where human intelligence and artificial intelligence enhance rather than compete with each other. The most powerful AI tools are the ones that feel intuitive and trustworthy, especially when people are using them to navigate complex domains like regulatory compliance or policy development. At Wolters Kluwer, I lead research and design for products featuring conversational search interfaces, intelligent document generation, and automated risk monitoring.Outside my full-time job, I channel this same empathy-driven thinking into animal advocacy work. I recently completed a fellowship focused on AI for animal protection, where I designed Pawlicy Pal, an AI policy copilot that helps advocates draft animal protection laws and and move them through local processes by collaborating with legal professionals.
