ABOUT ALISHA THARANI
Seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience across Ontario\'s health and social sectors. As CEO of Addictions and Mental Health Ontario and founding Executive Director of Mental Health Partners, I have led mission-driven organizations through periods of significant transformation - building coalitions, advancing systems change, and delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement. I\'m known for translating ambitious organizational goals into clear direction, building trusted relationships with government, funders, and sector partners, and creating the structures and culture that allow organizations to grow and sustain their impact. As current Board Chair of YouthLink, I have navigated an executive transition firsthand - leading an ED search, onboarding new leadership, and stewarding the organization through change.I am currently exploring my next executive chapter, including interim CEO and senior leadership opportunities in the nonprofit, health, and social sectors. If you are working on something mission-driven and think my experience might be relevant, I\'d welcome a conversation.
