   Manages full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition including requisition, sourcing, and assessment, recruitment, hiring processes, offers and on-boarding Initiates market research using a variety of resources including online tools, competitor information and salary surveys to determine competitive market salary and benefit data In conjunction with the VP of Finance, generates and manages an annual recruiting budget while ensuring the company’s recruiting strategy has an effective return on investment Markets and advertises job openings by writing and developing current opening and general recruitment ads and posting them to the company website and other online sources Screens, schedules and performs introductory interviews with applicants and as appropriate, meets with applicants in person for face to face meetings. Forwards successful candidates on to appropriate hiring manager(s) Develops job offer and compensation package for candidates. May present and negotiate job offers or work with hiring manager to present and negotiate.
