As an HR Manager, my main responsibilities are to solve day to day-to-day queries, disbursal salaries, locate and conduct initial stage interviews, hire new talent, plan for company events, create schedules, and create compensations and benefits for employees. Also as a Medical Developer, I am working on a health App that will help older patients manage the schedule of their medicines and will also help them avoid the interaction of their medicines with other medications and food. The best part about this Application is that it will overcome the language barrier for most of the illiterate patients because there will be different local language translations in it.
