I provide project management and financial oversight for two of Westat\'s large surveys. For the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey Household Component I have led several initiatives, including developing a follow-up survey on opioid use, designing a shorter version of the MEPS interview for reluctant respondents, and assessing quality of data collected by telephone during the COVID-19 pandemic. Outside of project work, my focus on business development has included: serving on Westat\'s equity task force focused on how to increase our focus on equity in our projects and proposals; leading a team to develop training and tools for proposal pricing; managing the large survey practice\'s pipeline; and serving as proposal manager, writer, and budget lead on several major ($300M+) proposals.
