With over 15 years of work experience in operations, supply chain, and jewelry design, I am a versatile and creative leader who can drive efficiency, quality, and growth in any organization. As the first ever Chief Operating Officer at Catbird NYC, a pioneer and leading online retailer of demi-fine jewelry, I oversaw all aspects of production, sourcing, inventory control, and fulfillment, and successfully led the team through a financial and structural reorganization during a high growth period.Prior to becoming the COO, I held various leadership roles within the Catbird organization, where I managed over 100 employees and implemented various initiatives to optimize production, inventory control, purchasing practices and order fulfillment. I also leveraged my skills in jewelry production, which I developed as the founder and designer of Gold Pineapple Designs, and my operational and supply chain experiences from UncommonGoods and Accenture.
