eCommerce (Pet Pharmacy & Annual Events) • Spearheaded the Pet Pharmacy Program (~3M annual projected GMV) for 2 years, navigating through MVP challenges all the way to launch the program nationwide. This was the first collaboration between two previously separate business segments (eCommerce and Health & Wellness) which introduced several unique challenges to the program. • Successfully delivered over 25, OKR driving features on time. 40% of these features needed cross collaboration across more than 15 teams. Along with feature progress, also worked with Pharmacy Merchant team (1P) to resolve 30+ production issues on Pet Pharmacy drug catalog to make it customer ready.• Implemented process improvements that reduced the dependency on TPMs, program previously managed by 3 TPMs is now a single TPM led Program since the beginning of FY25.
