As the founder and CEO of Architectural Plan Review (APR), I lead a team of professionals who specialize in the overall architectural and aesthetic control of high-end single-family master-planned communities. We review builder-submitted master plans and site plans to ensure compliance with detailed builder guidelines, and we assist with the development of those guidelines to align with the community vision and lifestyle. We also leverage technology to streamline our processes and provide transparency for our clients, who include some of the best residential real estate developers and homebuilders in Texas and beyond.I have over 25 years of experience in the architectural control industry, starting from my work as a customer service admin for a top homebuilder, and then as a senior admin and architectural board member for the developers of Steiner Ranch. These roles gave me valuable insights into the motivations and goals of both builders and developers, and prepared me well for launching my own consulting and service company in Since then, I have been involved in over 40 communities across the state, working with 35-40 of the top builders in the market. I am proud to say that many of the communities we work with have won numerous awards for their design and quality. I am passionate about the use of architectural control to manage the complexities of large, master-planned communities, and I invest in the growth and development of my team and my company to create best practices for our industry.

We also assist with the development of those Builder Guidelines to ensure a clear vision for community aesthetics and lifestyle enhancement for the home buyer. I am proud to say that many of the communities with which we work have won numerous awards, including Austin Business Journal\'s Master-Planned Community, Texas Association of Builder\'s Best Overall Community, HBA of Austin Best Community, Metrostudy #1 Community for Starts and more. We believe that is due, in part, to the overall look of a community that incorporates Architectural and Aesthetic Control by APR, LLC.The company also conducts on-site inspections of completed single-family homes to ensure compliance with approved plans, and follow-up with any issues. We have worked with top, national developers and over 30 custom and production home builders in 27 master-planned communities in Frisco, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Liberty Hill, Bastrop, New Braunfels, and Houston, Texas. We have recently expanded to the Florida market. Our services are not limited, however, by geography!
