Serial production support and further development for analytical/labor instruments used to test the quality of\\\\nwater and other liquid solutions for lab, process, and field.\\\\n• Creating new 3D designs/2D drawings and making design optimizations by using Solidworks for mechanical\\\\nparts such as enclosures, mechanical elements, and fasteners, holders, fixtures/jigs, cable glands, mechanical attachments for electrical and optical parts, etc.(materials: mostly aluminum, stainless steel, and plastic parts)\\\\n• Working with different disciplines such as electronic, optic, project/product management, service and purchasing.\\\\n• Supporting ECR/ECO processes, involving sustaining projects (compliance, quality, safety)\\\\n• Making risk assessments and concessions, root cause analysis, taking quick actions to prevent Linedowns.\\\\n• Using of ERP Systems CIS (Infor) and AS 400 actively for BOM changes and part usage lists.\\\\n• Contact with purchasing and suppliers for finding an alternative source of supplies and different materials,\\\\nmaking tool modifications/relocations, changing tolerances, etc.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
