Supports the Denver Workforce Development System including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and all programs and services provided under the One-Stop system to job seekers and employers. Provides professional and administrative support to Workforce Development Management and Leadership in the areas of quality control, data integrity, evaluation and facilitation for the Denver Workforce System and funded service providers. Conducts monthly and/or quarterly case file reviews. Utilizes information from case file reviews to drive the development of program management plans, and to train and guide staff. Monitors workforce programs in alignment with department, local, state, and federal guidelines. Collaborates with assigned Workforce Liaison to promote, enhance and maintain relations with and develop the technical capacity of the service providers.Compiles and disseminates monthly dashboards to workforce leadership, staff, and contractors.Cultivates, fosters, and maintains positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders to gain their cooperation and support in assigned projects/studies.
