With an extensive background in senior leadership roles, I specialize in developing challenging curricula, as well as devising organization-wide programs that drive operational improvements and cut costs, having saved universities millions of dollars in the process. I am also adept at securing and maintaining SACSCOC accreditation and other discipline-specific accreditations. During my tenure as Provost, I oversaw significant milestones, including securing multiple accreditations, expanding online programs, and fostering a collaborative environment that led to notable faculty achievements such as Fulbright fellowships and patents. Now, on sabbatical, I am dedicated to coordinating AI initiatives at Jackson State University, aiming to innovate and expand access to education through technology.
