   Lead a team of very talented IT and Commerical Recruiters and Candidate Care Reps- Develops a pipeline of recruiters- Develops and manages implementation of inclusive recruitment strategies for leadership roles - Collaborated with a global team to lead the development of our \"Hiring Hub\"- an internal resources for recruiting at ADM- Established recruiting metrics to gauge team performance and reporting to senior leadership- Built a strong relationships and work collaboratively with the GT Human Resources partner and seniorleaders in GT to understand current and future workforce needs.
