ABOUT ALISA HIL
I’m a Ukrainian-born MIT student (Class of 2027, Computer Science) who’s been building things since age 14 — from websites and marketing campaigns to early-stage startups and accelerators for founders. I love turning ambitious ideas into real, working solutions. Over the past few years, I’ve- Founded and led startups, learning firsthand how to identify (and fix) gaps in product-market fit- Directed MIT’s StartHouse accelerator and grown the MIT Entrepreneurship Club’s reach and brand- Led teams, built communities, and managed projects where adaptability, creativity, and execution were key. I thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and bring strengths in leadership, program management, community building, and creative problem-solving. I’m also comfortable working across both business and technical roles, with hands-on experience in Python, TypeScript, C/C++, and more. This blend of skills helps me move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and technical implementation. Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis, running outdoors, and writing a sci-fi novel. I’m fluent in Ukrainian and Russian — and always curious about what’s next.
