I have been working as diversity and inclusion strategist, leading organizations that provide integrated and support services. In this role, I conduct comprehensive assessments, provide personalized career counseling, facilitate job placement, and recommend vocational training and education opportunities for clients with diverse backgrounds, skills, and interests. I leverage my expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Lean Six Sigma, and project management to deliver effective and efficient solutions that align with clients\' abilities and aspirations.My passion for helping people achieve their career goals stems from my own diverse and rich professional journey, which spans over a decade and various industries, including the military, e-commerce, and non-profit sectors. I hold a Master\'s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, a Scrum Master certification, and multiple other credentials that demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I have successfully led and contributed to various projects and initiatives, such as spearheading equity, inclusion, and diversity committees, managing complex programs, and implementing process improvements resulting in significant cost savings and increased efficiency. Additionally, I have a strong sense of community and social responsibility, as evidenced by my extensive volunteer work supporting diverse communities and promoting cultural understanding. I speak English and Chinese fluently, and I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, and reading in my spare time.
