Build and run ML models with indoor environmental data to predict moisture damages of concrete envelopes/slabs in retail buildings to reduce annual repair costs by up to $500k. • Develop Python text mining and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to create databases from client reports and gain insight regarding the quality/performance of the contractors’ products. • Develop Deep Learning computer vision algorithm by convolutional neural networks (CNN) to distinguish images of different glazing systems including curtain walls, sliding/swing doors, and awning/casement/fixed windows. • Assist project managers to automate budget estimations for their projects to increase their savings and company benefits. • Coordinate with PMs/staff to run site testing for building data collection and analysis
