Research Fellow, Manufacturing & QC, SanKav PharmaceuticalsI lead the development and validation of analytical methods for biologics, antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), and small-molecule therapeutics, bridging analytical science, aseptic manufacturing, and quality control in a GMP-regulated, 503B-compliant environment.I design and validate methods using UPLC/HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, CE-Sciex, and UV-Vis, ensuring alignment with ICH, USP, and FDA standards. My work includes microbiological testing, endotoxin analysis, stability studies, and data integrity management through LIMS, ELN, SDMS, and QT9.Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing, QC, Microbiology, and Regulatory teams, I author SOPs, validation protocols, and technical reports, establish QC workflows, and perform instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities. I operate in ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms and biosafety cabinets, adhering to aseptic and EHS standards. I also deliver internal training on analytical instrumentation, method optimization, and QC best practices.I hold a Ph.D. in Computational and Integrative Biology from Rutgers University, with a specialization in DNA nanostructures, molecular biotechnology, and bioanalytical method development. My expertise spans molecular biology, microbial biotechnology, analytical chemistry, and protein formulation, combining academic innovation with industrial precision.I have designed and optimized complex assays (ELISA, Western blot, flow cytometry), developed cell-based models, performed gene editing and protein purification, and analyzed complex datasets.
