Coordinate staff utilization, availability and resourcing within the team- Support team integration with other disciplines- Design collaboration with other engineering disciplines for timely project completions- Track and forecast team backlog and availability- Provide mentor ship and guidance to direct reports and support the overall team, including recruiting new hires- Contribute to technical project work within area of expertise - Provide electrical engineering technical support for inspection of electrical equipment and system, and control systems by participating in FAT, SAT and commissioning- Develop man-hour estimate, and monitor team progress against budgets and provide notification/ corrective action as needed
