Applying industrial engineering principles to conduct studies, optimize the use of technology and human resources, and dramatically improve overall efficiency.Operations Leadership & Project Management: Planning and organizing the daily operations of the service delivery and tech-transition teams. Managing performance, assigning duties, and coordinating projects to ensure strategic goals are delivered on time and within budget.Tech-Transition & AI Integration: Directing the technical integration of AI tools into the student admission workflow, pivoting the company toward a scalable tech-product model. Developing and implementing the departmental policies required to transition to this automated platform.Process Analysis & Cost Reduction: Analyzing operational data and production costs to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction strategies. Providing actionable insights to improve the product life cycle.Performance Monitoring: Establishing and monitoring key performance metrics to track the success of initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to ensure operational targets are met.
