ABOUT ALISTAIR NEIL

Ali Neil is a Senior Director of Verizon Cyber Security Practice responsible for Sales and Go To Market, Client Success and Revenue Management for Verizon’s Security business across EMEA, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has more than 15 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, working with large enterprises (>$1B annual revenue) and Governments around the world, building world-class Enterprise Security Programs. With a broad scope of capabilities, Ali has worked with his teams and partners to advise clients on Cyber Risk Management, Compliance, AI threats, Detection & Response, and Zero Trust architecture, and to align these with the business risk appetite, cost appetite, and the need for agility and innovation. This has driven consistent double digit revenue growth and over $519 million in sales in the last 3 years including new logos wins across government, finance, retail, logistics and aviation, professional services, sports, and manufacturing sectors.In his current role, Ali is responsible for leading a number of highly skilled sales teams based across the UK, Germany, the Nordics, France, Italy, the Benelux, Australia and Japan. His priority is time in the field with his clients and team to ensure we are helping organisations in evolving Network, Cloud and Endpoint Security. Building Detection and Response aligned to their end-to-end business processes across a spectrum of global, regional, national and industry requirements. Recent key areas of interest have been leveraging AI in security systems and models to combat the growth in adversarial AI use, as well as OT/IoT security and Cyber Risk Quantification.A regular and sought-after public speaker, Ali addresses industry forums on topics ranging from board-level risk strategy to the future of AI-based security operations. His insights have been featured in premier publications, including SC Magazine, Tech Informed, and Cybersecurity Insiders.
