Change is constant and it\'s often hard. So is walking the talk. We are imperfect. My calling is to help people and teams work better together. I strategically facilitate the people-side of organizational change; the sometimes-messier stuff. I also help people find common ground and help organizations more closely align their stated values with day-to-day practices and actions. I am committed to cultivating relationships and systems that are anchored in fairness and justice with attention and great care given to those who may be furthest from access and opportunity. Rooted in my grassroots community organizing and public interest lawyering experiences, my coaching and consulting philosophy is that people who are closest to the problems are often closest to the solutions.
