Hi there! My name is Aline, I am 32 years old, brazilian living in Canada with my husband and our 2 cats. Graduated in Public Relations with postgraduate degree in Marketing, I have more than 10 years experience in customer service. With the ability to identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis, quality feedbacks and management of communication between areas to increase operacional efficiency, it was with dedication and good leaders that I received several recognitions throughout my career, going from representative to customer service coordinator in Brazil. According to the main feedbacks I received, the desire to provide resolutive customer service, listening to the needs of my employees necessities and developing their strategic vision to personal and professional growth was what stood out the most in all my experiences, which proves my profile of a strong people person. In 2023 I moved to Canada with my husband and came to improve myself. Eager to learn by being a person with an open feedback mindset, I learn a new language and culture that teaches me everyday to provide great customer service dealing with people from all over the world in a fast-paced environment and exciting challenges.
