I am an Executive and Leadership Coach working with Managers and Executives, small businesses and International organisations to develop their leadership skills.In particular, I am passionate about transforming \'Managers\' into \'Leaders\'. Coaching is a supportive processes which aids confidence and helps clients identify and overcome barriers to their progress. I help to raise clients awareness of gaps in behaviours and practices which may be preventing the individual, team or organisation from reaching their potential. Coaching can help to align the individuals values with those of the team or organisation. I work with individuals to improve awareness of their style and how this may be impacting on them and their team. Coaching for improved \'Emotional Intelligence\' has a huge impact not only on personal performance but on the performance and engagement of others in the organisation. I have extensive corporate experience of Change Management, Leadership and developing both teams and individuals.I am a DISC accredited practitioner. This personality profiling tool is particularly effective in assessing communication styles in the workplace and in improving communication and working relationships.

I believe that with the right support, we can all have a better day at work whether we are working for ourselves or for someone else. You are never to young or too old to invest in your personal development. I wish that I had had a coach to support me when I was \'thrown\' into my first leadership position at the age of 21! I am passionate about helping others to have a better experience!As a \'social introvert\', I understand not only the anxiety that networking can cause,(most clients hate the 1 minute introduction around the table) but how challenging this can be in the corporate world when you are trying to get your voice heard, either in meetings, with your team, or with your boss.I coach clients on a 1 2 1 basis. I work with Team Leaders, Managers, Executives and Small Business Owners. A personality profile is a great was to identify your natural strengths and how to use these effectively in what you do.Do you know your natural strengths and communication style?I am a DISC accredited practitioner and I also use i3 profiling to identify a clients natural and instinctive way of working and communicating. This profiling tool identifies your most productive physical environment. This is not something we always consider when choosing our career, but getting this wrong can lead to us being less productive or even stressed. I specialise in, communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, soft skills, confidence coaching and reducing overwhelm and stress.
