Safety Responsible with regards to the Guiana Space Center in Kourou- Built-up Safety pillars on Ariane 6 engineering program: Preparation of safety submissions, risk/hazard analyses and safety files for Ariane 6 in operation, with specialisation in electrical, electronic and software systems- End-to-End Development of Launch System Architecture Ariane 6 at ESA, developing design and systems\' architecture in accordance with the Dependability and Safety requirements- Preparation of the Ariane 6 Combined Tests in Kourou, and granting authorisations & final qualification for the launch campaign up to the successful inaugural Flight on the 9th of July 2024. Extending expertise for the future launch campaigns with high ramp-up need to secure a safe and operable launch system.The design and the engineering of hazardous systems are a challenging domain for which I build on my technical, managerial and organisational skills for establishing and validating Dependability and Safety analyses, and provide decision tools to the technical risks mitigation, including disposition of related Critical Items. I am fully immersed in the industrial challenges related to the technological innovation, hardware and software development-Elaboration of technical Risk Analyses (FMECA), Hazard Studies (EDD), Failure Modes Analyses, Safety Submissions & Conformity Files (FSOA), Space Debris Mitigation Report, Environmental analyses, Studies of Health at Work (EST/AST), Safety interceptions, Authorisation to launch, Plan of Risk mitigation, Emergency Plan, Internal Operational Plan (POI), Logbook of Critical Items.

Systems engineer specialized in reliability and safety for space systems, with over 13 years at the European Space Agency (ESA) and a decade of hands-on expertise on Ariane 6—Europe’s flagship multi-system integration program. Drawing on operational experience at the Guiana Space Center (CSG) across Ariane 6 launch campaigns, I contribute to crisis-management scenario preparation and to the robustness of the launcher’s operational qualification in both development and exploitation phases.Beyond my work at ESA, my passion for space exploration takes me far beyond the control rooms and launch pads. As a volunteer with The Mars Society and the Austrian Space Forum, I have lived the adventure of mission planning and field simulations, donning spacesuit simulators and working side-by-side with international crews in remote analog environments. Whether supporting engineering experiments in the deserts of Oman or mentoring students on the future of human missions to Mars, I thrive on the challenge of making exploration safer, more operable, and more accessible.I am driven by the desire to share this journey—speaking at conferences, guiding young professionals, and sparking curiosity in classrooms and workshops. For me, space is not just a destination, but a community and a calling.
