ABOUT ALINA RAMAZANOVA

I am a lifetime learner with an aspiration for People Consulting and Human Resources. After completing my undergraduate degree in International Relations at Ozyegin University, followed by a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management at George Brown College, I advanced into the Master of Management program at the Schulich School of Business; building a foundation that blends people strategy, analytics, and organizational problem-solving. I have conducted research for the Turkey Computational Social Sciences Conference, where I applied data-driven methods to analyze media representation and social behaviour, strengthening my analytical thinking and sharpening my technical skills. Alongside this, I have also gained experience in talent acquisition at SickKids Hospital and held leadership roles across community organizations and case competitions. I bring strong analytical capabilities, including, workforce forecasting, compensation evaluation, people analytics, and structured strategic analysis; paired with clear communication and an ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions. Having led teams, delivered high-impact presentations, and supported large-scale projects, I am building a career at the intersection of HR and consulting, where evidence-based decision-making and people-centric strategy matter most. I am passionate about helping organizations unlock talent, improve processes, and make smarter, data-backed decisions.
