ABOUT ALINA ZELENSKAYA

As a Director of Customer Success with over 13 years of experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS in industries like fintech, retail, cybersecurity, e-commerce (managing multi-segment teams: SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Partner Channel), I’ve built my career around being a strong advocate for customers and a strategic partner to internal teams. I specialize in building scalable success strategies that drive adoption, reduce churn, and accelerate revenue growth leveraging AI tools (both third-party platforms like Gainsight and Gong, as well as custom solutions developed in-house). Throughout my career, I owned customer portfolios delivering 90% of the company\'s revenue and led Customer Success and Partner Channel teams that consistently delivered results— exceeding expansion targets through strategic planning and customer value alignment (achieving NRR 210% at peak performance). Having joined startups at early stages few times over the past 6+ years I’ve built high-performing teams from the ground up, scaled and managed multi-layered remote first teams across 5 continents. My leadership style blends data-driven decision-making with deep empathy—I care deeply about people, and take pride in mentoring others to grow into their best selves, both professionally and personally. I’m constantly educating myself and seeking ways to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction, whether through process optimization or creative, personalized customer engagement. I believe great customer experience is everyone’s job, and I work cross-functionally to make that a reality. Outside of work, I’m happily married and proud mom of two young boys. My family and I love traveling, surfing, and playing tennis together. I also have a deep passion for equestrian sports and was honored to be invited by my country’s federation to represent the national team professionally.
