I design governance architectures for advanced AI systems operating across borders. I am Founder and Director of the Centre for International Cooperation on AI (cooperationai.org), an initiative focused on developing practical institutional mechanisms for multilateral AI governance. My work examines how incentive structures, verification systems, and cooperative research models shape the safety and stability of AI development. My background spans philosophy at the University of Oxford, an MBA at SKOLKOVO School of Management, and Futures Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. I previously led research on human–machine interaction and generative AI at Fraunhofer ISI and serve as Non-Executive Director at Atelier Digital AI.
