I’m Alina Snyder, an undergraduate at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, majoring in Business Communication. I’m passionate about leadership, teamwork, and building a career that extends beyond maintaining a family name. Through both my academic work and service industry experience, I’ve learned how to adapt my communication to different audiences, build trust, and inspire collaboration. Whether in group projects or busy restaurant shifts, I enjoy helping people work together to solve problems.At ASU, I’ve developed skills in communication, personal branding, professional writing, and presenting. These experiences have shaped my ability to contribute meaningfully to any team while preparing me for future leadership. Growth motivates me most; I push myself to learn something new each day and turn challenges into opportunities.
