I assist clients on tax, payroll, business law, and other financial matters for a tax and financial consulting firm handling over 1500 individual files and 500 corporations/LLCs. Some of my responsibilities include audit assistance, correspondence with IRS/FTB/CDTFA/EDD/etc, general office management, payroll for business clients (~200 payroll accounts). I also handle opening, closing, restructuring, etc. of corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, as well as acquiring business licenses, seller\'s permits, etc. and maintaining those accounts by filing the required tax returns and reports. Additionally, I provide contract drafting services pertaining to employment, sale, and investor rights for small business. I deal with multiple federal, state and local government agencies on a daily basis to assist clients to successfully resolve problems and further their financial interests.
