Project Coordination for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project worth $12 billion in estimated costs. Managing the project’s invoices and payments of up to $40 million for joint venture partners and clientsincluding revenue and cost analysis/reporting for the project• Leading in the comprehensive coordination, innovation, and supervision of the various phases of the project• Assisting in the planning of project tasks, overlooking finances, managing the project, and overlookingstation activities, time sheets, staff tasks for 25 different stations located along the 19km stretch of track• Communicating with the client, vendors and project team and resolving any paymentdiscrepancies/disputes and ensuring good relations with the clients are maintained by making sure allresolutions are done in a smooth and timely fashion, ensuring quality standards are met• Preparing project proposals in response to RFPs and validating project agreements and documents• Business Unit Coordinator providing leadership representation for the Environmental and Geosciencesector of the company. Roles and responsibilities inclusive but not limited to organizing and managingevents/activities for the sector and reporting to the chair• Collaborating with Health and Safety to ensure a safe and accident-free environment• Supervising Geotechnical Drilling and borehole sampling on site for Ground Investigations• Classifying soils and drafting proposals and reports for Geotechnical Investigations• Site Surveying for Geotechnical Investigations using sophisticated Geomatics equipment and software• Reading and analyzing borehole logs and data & analyzing and classifying borehole samples for reporting• Logging, managing, and reporting borehole and well log data using gINT (Geo Data Management Software)• Various other field work involving marking boreholes for drilling, inspecting pavement conditions,subgrade inspections, measuring water depth in water wells, conducting traffic control etc.
