ABOUT ALI MIGAKI

Ali Migaki is the Chief Experience Officer at iQ Credit Union.#1 Credit Union in Washington State according to the Forbes list of Best-in-State Credit Unions 2021 and 2022! She oversees retail delivery; 17 branches, 8 campus branches, contact center, and sales, community impact, insurance, investments, and 200+ employees serving over 100 thousand members. Ali has deep experience across iQ’s retail banking services. In many ways, she helped shape iQ into the company it is today. Her career and leadership started 30 years ago, she has experienced the credit union’s growth from $200M to $2B. She is a member of iQ’s executive team and contributes to the short and long-term strategic objectives to maximize the member\'s experience. Her strong relationships with organizational leaders serve the common goal of providing a positive experience for members. She serves on the Member Resource Committee for America’s Credit Unions (ACU), client advisory boards for TTEC and Cresta, leaders in the contact center space, and SWIVEL, a payment platform and is a board member on the GoWest Foundation. In the community she serves as President of Elevate Oregon, an organization for at-risk youth in school districts in Oregon. Passionate for the community and children, she regularly volunteers for community service activities. Ali finished her Graduate Studies in Business Leadership Certificate for Women: Elevate at Whitworth University in May of 2023. She graduated from Western CUNA Management School in 2014. In March of 2022, Ali was awarded the Iris Award from the Greater Vancouver Chamber, this award recognizes women leaders who exemplify exceptional leadership, philanthropy, and public service. In January 2025, Ali was recognized as one of the Executives of the Year by the Portland Business Journal, Portland’s best and brightest C-Suite, based on critical strategy, guidance and management leading to exceptional performance during the 2024 calendar year by a panel of outside judges. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, a graduate from Mountain View High School. Ali’s grassroots are here, and she is passionate about paying it forward to a community where she grew up.
