This position functions as the license-exempt early learning services specialist administering uniform procedures according to CCDBG grant, State CCDF Plan, RCW\'s, WAC\'s and the department policies for outreach, recruitment, training, and technical assistance, monitoring and complaint activities, and retention of the license-exempt providers, including but not limited to military, tribal, and Friend and Neighbor providers. Also, member of the CCR (Child Care Resources) steering committee.
