My passion, education and experience are in routed in public health, specifically prevention programing, strategic planning, systematic evaluation and project management. My experiences have allowed me to implement sustainable programs that positively impact health at the population level locally, nationally and abroad. I know my professional and educational background have provided me the skills to excel in a variety of situations. I am comfortable leading dynamic teams and have been successfully working with organizations whose mission it is to address health inequities for the more than 10 years. As an outcomes-focused and team-oriented professional I pride my ability to build solid and lasting relationships with: individuals, organizational leaders, committees and other partners. I enjoy working collaboratively in multiple stakeholder environments and have been a leader numerous multiple partner programs, projects and policy initiatives. I have been responsible for the human, financial and physical resources of multiple projects and portfolios. Working as part of diverse teams has given me the ability to foster and promote collaboration, and leverage resources. I am comfortable adapting to changing dependencies to ensure that the project deliverables stay on time, on target and on budget; while, planning strategically for the future. I have a vast breadth of professional experience with: chronic disease management/prevention, health system design, change management, and advocacy of emerging health issues, as well as, evidence based policy development, working in the NGO, and health system setting.
