I am a motivated Sports Management graduate student, former collegiate athlete, and Defensive Back trainer currently serving as a Competitive Sports Coordinator at Winston-Salem State University, where I lead the execution and growth of intramural and recreational sports programs. In this role, I oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, coordinate events, and create inclusive, competitive environments that enhance the student-athlete experience.With a strong background in athlete development, performance training, and sports operations, I’ve led position-specific defensive back training sessions and workouts while also contributing across strength and conditioning, athletic training, and digital marketing. My experience includes supervising, hiring, and training staff, as well as managing youth and collegiate recreation programs.My ability to operate effectively on both the performance and administrative sides of sport has shaped me into a well-rounded leader who understands what student-athletes need on and off the field. I also bring a competitive sales mindset, having placed in the National College Sports Sales Competition, strengthening my ability to build relationships, communicate strategically, and confidently pitch ideas.I’m known for being reliable, adaptable, and great with people, and I’m passionate about using sport to develop athletes, build community, and promote leadership and overall well-being.
