As President of Ignite Management, I lead a boutique strategy and leadership facilitation and advisory firm, serving clients across Canada and the United States. We serve mid-size and large enterprises, industry associations, and family-owned businesses across diverse industries. Whether you lead a waterfront terminal, energy utility, or specialized manufacturing business, we thrive on tackling complex challenges.With over a decade helping leaders develop strategy and bring it to life, it continues to be a privilege to help illuminate the path forward for others, driving out strategic clarity and lifting people through the process.Previously, I was Ignite’s Vice President. Prior to Ignite I held senior consulting and operational roles and served as an Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy — I am proud to continue to serve today as a member of the Supplementary Reserve. Throughout my career, I have maintained an industry focus in energy, and in the past seven years have helped to bring the Ignite methodology to a range of sectors and geographies.
