Commencing in January of 2015, I expanded my reach into the luxury residential markets in California via strategic partnerships and alliances with leading local brokers. Seven Gables Real Estate with offices in Newport Beach (CDM), Huntington Beach, Tustin, Orange and Anaheim Hills, is now my primary partner along with Luxury Portfolio International on purchases and sales in my primary market concentrated in Orange County and LA County California.I am concentrating and specializing in luxury home sales and working with high net-worth clients demographically throughout Orange & Los Angeles Counties and beyond. The goal for this side of the business is to complete well over 30 transaction sides including sales and quality high-end residential leases in select markets and we are well underway to exceed that mark. Over the past few years, our focus shifted to growing the property management side of the business with more of an emphasis on investment properties and leases. As our reach grow into new markets and our commitment to our existing high-net worth clients deepens, we are concentrating on filling this niche for our clients. In addition to these efforts, we started a new alliance with Zillow and Home.com, and are working closely with them in expanding our residential footprint and market share. We have added a few associates along the way and further expanded our team to better serve the rising demand for our services. 2020 through 2024 were banner years for our business. I was inducted into the President\'s Circle at Seven Gables Real Estate for outstanding performance in transaction sides and overall sale volume multiple years. 2025 is off to a great start and promises to be a year to pivot and work smarter in order to make it a banner year for our company and our clients especially on the residential sales side with all the noise regarding post N.A.R. settlement changes. 2025 is most is proving to be even a stronger year for the company.
