My mission is to serve God through growing businesses that make a positive impact on society. As the CEO of HCIM & Metamora, I seek to be a servant leader of a team of passionate professionals focused on growing healthcare technology businesses. For nearly 25 years, HCIM has served health plans, MSOs / TPAs, IPAs, and other delegated risk medical groups by automating manual workflows with our intelligent RPA software, SymKey. We also leverage our colleagues deep healthcare expertise to help our clients solve their toughest business challenges through our professional solutions consulting services. Over the past three years, Metamora has successfully completed five transactions, improved customer satisfaction and employee excellence, and increased revenues and profits across all our companies. I focus on serving our companies by (1) recruiting key executives,(2) improving sales and marketing execution,(3) guiding product strategy, and (4) prioritizing & executing strategic initiatives (including add-on acquisitions).Outside of work, I’m blessed to be married to a wonderful wife, Christine, and live in San Francisco where I’m learning to be a better golfer and enjoy reading autobiographies.Selected favorite bible verses include Deuteronomy 6, Philippians 4:13, Ephesians 2:10, Jeremiah 29:11, Philippians 2:5-11 and Isaiah 26:3-4
