ABOUT NINE MASTERS

I have reached a point in my life where I have decided that I am completely satisfied and very happy with my career choice. Wise people say if you do what you love, it won’t feel like work. For me, this is absolute truth. I always had a passion for fitness and healthy eating. At the same time my personality is a bit wild and crazy- it’s these demons that I’ve learned to fight over the years, making health and physical, mental, and spiritual improvement a huge tool in my weapons against addictions and weaknesses. I can be serious and tough, but also very fun to train with. I give a challenging workout, but am always empathetic and listen closely to my client. Their goals are my goals as they represent me as a professional, and generously compensate me to guide them to success. I hold many Fitness Certifications including Elite Personal Trainer, Fitness and Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Performance Nutrition, KettleBell Training, PNF Stretching, Spinning, Strength Training, and Senior/Youth Training. The greatest reward as a trainer is watching my clients transform into stronger, happier, more confident and well-balanced people. I love when a client sends me a text with weight loss news or a beautiful photo of her in a gown with the words “This is all your work, Thank you”. I choose my clients, and they choose me back, always. A client/trainer relationship is extremely important and crucial to the client’s success. I give (and expect) the utmost respect and to my trainees. I’m excited to get started with a new adventure after taking a year abroad.
