About Ali Emadi

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Hani Goodarzi’s lab at the Arc Institute, where I specialize in computational biology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical signal processing.My research focuses on developing computational models for RNA structural analysis, regulatory network inference, and deep learning-driven insights into RNA modifications and molecular interactions, and cellular decision-making in molecular biology networks, and systems biology of neural signaling and memory.Previously, I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), conducting research in the CWiP Lab under the supervision of Prof. Ali Abdi. Prior to that, I completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Shiraz University with honors.Beyond research, I actively contribute to the scientific community as a reviewer for esteemed journals such as Applied Soft Computing (Elsevier), PLOS ONE (PLOS), and others.
